Now, admittedly, that is quite a mouthful. While it sounds formal, perhaps even pretentious, it is actually quite reasonable. And we believe that anything less would not be worthy of the great God who loves us, and gave Himself for us. So perhaps we can break it down just a bit.

Worshiping His Majesty
Saint Augustine once said of God, "You have made us for yourself, and our hearts are restless until they rest in thee." Life is all about worshiping God. He made us for His glory, and one of the ways we glorify Him is through worship. Our services are designed to lead people  into Spirit-filled, biblically accurate worship. Not only do we worship God at church, but all of life should be worship! At BFC our vision is to teach people to worship God on the job, in the home, and on the road. Everything we do should bring glory to Him!

Walking in His Holiness
God is perfectly pure and holy. As His people, we desire to live in such a way that His holiness becomes evident in every area of our lives. God desires our obedience in everything; He wants us to be holy people. Jesus Christ makes that holiness possible by taking our sins on Himself and granting us His own perfect holiness. At BFC our vision is to help God's people live and walk in the light of God's own holiness.

Winning the Lost
God desires that people would know His forgiveness and have eternal life. He offers these freely to everyone who establishes a right relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. Our vision as a church is to help people know how to establish and cultivate that special relationship.
